Liquorice made by the Junee liquorice company in Junee, NSW, coated in our 34% Blond chocolate. Our blond chocolate is made using muscavado brown sugar instead of white sugar, giving it its natural caramel colour and signature notes of anise - the perfect pairing for liquorice!
