Bonbons

Bonbons are small individual chocolates that are highly decorated & colourful. They comprise of a thin chocolate shell on the outside and a delicate filling on the inside.

Every design is hand painted & sprayed, a shell is then cast at a specific thickness to create a thin casing to hold ganache, pralines, caramels & fruit gels. These complex compositions are anywhere between 1-5 layers inside, each one a different texture, colour or flavour. Lots of meticulous work goes into making these exceptional little cross sections.
